Called to ask about a problem with the sump of a condensate pump overflowing and received extremely helpful advice over the phone with no hard sell. Took time to explain issue and the cause. Should I need a plumber/gas engineer for another job or to rectify this problem eventually I will have no hesitation in using McKean Gas. Great to know there is still good old fashioned service out there.

Richard came and priced the job when he said he would, and when we agreed to proceed he attended quickly and got the job completed without any fuss. He was clean and tidy throughout the job and made little fuss. It was a tricky wee job but it went without any hitches and we are delighted to have used McKean Gas, who came recommended from friends. He communicated superbly throughout and did what he promised, and he's a really friendly and reliable professional. A real rarity in Edinburgh. Highly recommended.
