We were letting out our old house and are new to becoming landlords. We required boiler servicing certification to do this. Our boiler was in an an awkward position in the house in a small bathroom which meant it was too close to water sources. They were able to do a quick house visit in advance to give advice on this so we were able to box in the boiler to meet regulations before they came round to fully service the boiler. George was very friendly and helpful and we received our certification electronically straight away. Everything was straight forward and quick. Will certainty be using them for future checks.

George was recommended and I’m so grateful he was, he’s polite punctual honest and confident, he came to the rescue when he was actually on his holidays knowing we’d have no hot water. He advised us to contact ideal as boiler was under guarantee which he didn’t have to, I’d have paid him to do the job. I called him back to do another job and have him booked for a big job, so yes one happy customer. Always a chance when your using some one new but I’d highly recommend.

He came on time got the job done, gave some advisories and even helped me out with an issue I was having with my hob... lovely guy. He was very polite and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

I couldn't be happier! This is my first home and am super wary of being taken advantage of as a single woman, and was a bit worried as I know nothing about boilers, so I am so thankful that I called George from Louis gas and Heating! He put me at ease immediately, was extremely honest about everything, even advising me that I could save money by choosing a diff boiler than I was previously advised to buy, to suit my needs! He worked very hard to finish the job in the time he stated and he couldn't have been nicer! I will keep him on speed dial for future jobs for sure!
