The job was less straightforward as I have a retro bathroom. Luke was very pleasant and clearly showed me what was involved. He was able to complete the job more quickly than I expected. My toilet now works better than it has in years.

I've had my boiler serviced by LJB since I purchased my house 4 years ago and each time is just as good as the last. Always punctual on the day of the service and very knowledgeable. If any parts are required options are given along with pros and cons to allow you to choose what suits best for your Budget. Luke was prompt and courteous in his repsone to my initial enquiry and able to compelte the job on the specifica day I requested. He kept me up-to-date as to when he would arrive and completed the job to my entire satisfaction - especially making sure that the gas supply and central heating were all working as expected before I left. Luke replaced the combi boiler in our static caravan. He is really friendly and knowledgable. He takes time to explain what he’s doing and why and installs confidence in his ability. Despite some issues like a gas leak that was there before Luke started the job he made sure that everything that was required to make the system work properly was done.
