Brian arrived at the appointed time and I explained to him that I was unable to double lock my front door. After stripping the door down and making several adjustments it still would not double lock. In the end Brian went out to get a complete new lock for my door and it now works a treat. A very friendly and professional service..

I cannot recommend Barry highly enough. He responded immediately to all communications and was always very polite, accommodating and helpful. He was also very smart, efficient, reasonably priced and best of all, arrived when he said he would. The lock on my Mother's double glazed front door had broken and become impossible to use. Barry explained exactly what the problem was and was able to replace the broken part straight away. Now the lock is operating perfectly. If only every contractor was such a pleasure to deal with!

Called KLS after key was stuck in lock. Very professional from the moment he took the call to the moment he completed the job. Was at the property within 10 minutes. Very polite, efficient and trustworthy. Impressed with the price and charged no more for an evening call out. Great experience would highly recommend.

My mum stopped the gentleman in the street to beg his help to open a stuck porch door at my sister's. He was on his way back to London after a job but took the time to get the door open and make sure she could get in an out herself. This kind gesture was a lifesaver to my mum (and my sister's dog) and we couldn't be more grateful. This company will be my first choice in future and I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you very much. He did not charge my mum for this service.

Speedy attendance for an emergency entrance, due to broken key in front door. Within a matter of minutes gained entry and cut a new key on the spot. Great price and a true gent. Would highly recommend to others and to keep a local firm in business.
