Pete visited and quoted promptly. He agreed a start date, met it and completed the job on time with minimum fuss. Quality of the laying was excellent and he sorted out a little problem of our making to ensure we were delighted with the finished job.

Pete completely retiled our bathroom and installed underfloor heating. He provided us with expert advice that allowed us to make an informed decision on which tiles to choose and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of his work is exemplary, our bathroom is transformed and looks fantastic and the underfloor heating makes a real difference. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Kingswell Tiling and we will definitely be using Pete again.

We got the remainder of our half-tiled bathroom tiled and had a shower and new bath panel fitted so it could be used as both a bath and a shower. We also got the bathroom floor tiled in place of the vinyl which was previously installed. We got our ensuite floor tiled replacing the vinyl that had been in place previously and got a wall in our ensuite tiled as well. The work was done to a high standard and quickly with a lovely finish that has given us increased pride in our home. Pete let us know each day what time he was going to arrive and, once he arrived, just got on with the job with a positive and smiling attitude. The price he quoted us was the price he charged in the end and communications around payment and cost of materials was always very clear. I would highly recommend Kingswell Tiling if you want a job done well by a tradesman who clearly knows his stuff and cares about doing a good job.

We were very happy with the tiling Pete did for us. We have renovated a whole house so he tiled the shower surround, shower room, utility and hall floors. He is a clean, efficient worker. The rooms look stunning. Pete took time to explain things and discuss different options, he always ensured we could get around where he was working, use the toilet etc. He did some work before Covid 19 and some after lockdown, we were happy that Pete behaved in a safe way towards us. In addition, Pete replaced tiles in a cast iron fireplace and made a hearth using reclaimed tiles. We would have no hesitation in recommending Pete.

Had Kingswell Tiling to complete a full refresh of the en suite. This involved stripping the room back to a shell, and fitting floor to ceiling tiles, and installation of toilet, shower, sink and radiator. Also, required a relocation of shower drain under floorboards, and also the replacement of part of the plaster board walls. A really top quality job was delivered, within the estimated time scales as indicated. Peter is very skilled, clean and tidy tradesman, offering a professional and friendly service. He is punctual, polite and extremely helpful, and would have no hesitation in having him return for further enhancements to our home. Very highly recommended.
