Michael communicated clearly and frequently, was meticulous in his work, and identified and fixed a few minor issues very smoothly. Despite issues with his van, he made the effort to make two separate trips to the property to repressurise the boiler and to complete a full service and stabilise the flue. He was reliable and friendly and did a great job.

We arranged for Michael to carry out a full flush of our heating system, we were so impressed with his level of service and professionalism we ended up also having a Google Nest installed at home and also our Caravan. This was the annual service for my boiler that was installed by KCK last year. Everything worked well - I was contacted well in advance of the service needing doing so I had plenty of time to arrange work around it.
