Job was estimated and price accepted, Jordy arrived on time with all replacement parts needed. The flushing mechanism was removed and fault confirmed, new parts fitted, flush tested, working as new. All work was carried out in a clean, efficient and friendly manner and estimate adhered to, no hidden extras. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

WOW - it's been a while since I've experienced such good customer service. Blocked drain all sorted within the hour thanks to this business. Immediate response from Mark 'Jordy' Jordan even though it was a Saturday. Would have no problem recommending this company - it's great to see that good customer service still exists - I just wish all the Tradesmen I dealt with were like this. THANK YOU!

Had a leak in downstairs cloakroom. Jordy came to fix this. He was clean, tidy and very friendly. He explained as he went along what was wrong and what replacements I needed. All the rubbish was taken away and you would never have known that he had been except for the leak etc being fixed. Very impressed with his work. His pricing is very fair and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending him.

Jordy worked out how to repair some concealed cisterns without having to disrupt the decor and tiling. Also, he fixed some underfloor heating. All done in a very friendly and caring way.

Top job carried out swiftly and efficiently. No mess and done well. Mark came round before hand helped us pick the right tap for our house, ordered and fitted it. Saved me lots of time and effort of doing it myself and then probably would have had to call him to fix my mistakes. Would recommend and use him again.

'Jordy's' attention to detail and communication are great. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of job. I have used JPHPS for a number of projects and always been completely satisfied with the end result. Other jobs done include, complete kitchen refit, shower screen replacement, radiator replacement, fixing leaking toilet and replacing wooden wall panels which had got wet and rotted, work tops in craft room, repairs to fencing and decking, new rubber seals round patio doors, block paving surround and gravel garden at front of house etc.

We used Jordy to install some drains for the waste in our new kitchen. He offered advice, a day gave us a great service. We purchased the parts and he installed them for us. Very friendly guy, cleaned up well after work was completed, and checked we were 100% happy before he left.
