We’ve used John Dean plumbing a few times now and will definitely being using them again for other plumbing jobs we need doing. John is friendly, knowledgable, polite and professional. All his work has been to a high standard. It’s always hard to know whether you’re going to receive a service you can trust and rely on but with John Dean you can absolutely guarantee that to be the case!

Water Leak in Loft posted 09/06/2020

A tenant in a managed property reported a water leak within the loft. Having contacted John Dean Plumbing, John Dean visited the property the same day (late on a Friday afternoon) and made a remedial repair prior to returning on the Monday to complete the job as promised. I found him to be timely, professional & friendly; he did what he said he would and more (with an additional 'whilst your here' job completed!). I highly recommend .

John has been our saviour on a number of occasions, including when our first child was born and our old boiler decided to stop completely ! John has always been highly professional and given us a range of choice, options and sound advice, explaining everything in a clear and precise manor if we’ve been unsure. John managed to fit us in during the evening on the way home from his days work. He knew we didnt have a toilet to use so ordered the unit during the day, collected it and then fitted it before going home from his planned days work. John works tidily and quickly ensuring the customer is kept informed of what is required and what he is doing at all times, especially the cost, we had no Extra or Surprise costs, which seem to be the norm nowadays!! Johns attention to detail is his excellence!!

John has been to my house several times installing new radiators, fixing overflows and serviced my boiler along with a flush. With respect to the boiler service I have been with British Gas for many years, but John took the service to a new level stripping it down and giving all a good proper clean and checking the output. The British gas service 20 minutes maybe spending more time on their computer than doing anything to the boiler, John at least an hour and all on the boiler itself, so don't waste your money on British Gas. I have found John to be punctual, explains a problem and options to resolve it and does a professional job keeping your home clean and tidy and removing all rubbish. His prices are very fair which is more than you can say about many and I now feel he is my personal plumber in the village and would recommend him to anyone without an reservations.
