Jamie is one in a million. He has replaced 3 boilers at 3 separate premises with a couple of days notice. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He goes above and beyond giving customers the correct advise. He is prompt, value for money and extremley reliable.

Jamie really does go over and above, put right what the person who plumbed my dishwasher did wrong. It was connected to the hot water fill and when I used it, it tripped the central heating and hot water. Quoted £49 just to look at it (even though I had bought it from them). Jamie came to service my boiler, looked at the dishwasher and put it right within five minutes - no charge. He says you can ring anytime and means it. Very reassuring and trustworthy.
