No more dripping tap, First class service, even cleaned up afterwards posted 23/01/2023

We had a dripping tap in the kitchen for about 3 years, decided that it needed to be replaced with a like for like tap. We bought the tap and Glenn came round and fitted it. I know from looking under the sink that the pipework was chaos and not much room to manoeuvre. Really knows his stuff and no doubt had some cut fingers due to the tightness of the pipes. Even cleaned up afterwards. We are delighted with the new tap.

With our old standard boiler constantly letting us down, we contacted John Atkinson who attended the same day at the agreed time and discussed with us our options. We decided the time had come for a replacement and following a quick check of our existing system we agreed to replace it with a new Combi. A reasonable estimate arrived the same night and five days later a new system was professionally installed by John and his assistant, who were polite, tidy and respectful to our home. We were impressed with their their meticulous workmanship and would not hesitate to recommend JA Heating Services.

John serviced the boiler, gave us good advice about our heating system generally, and disconnected an old 1970s gas fire. We have just moved and are renovating! We will definitely use JA Heating again in future, and highly recommend the firm.

I was let down by my regular Gas Engineer and had a let property left without heating and hot water during a very cold spell. By pure chance I called John and he couldn't have been more helpful, attended when he said he would, did what he said he would and charged a very reasonable price. Needless to say I will use him from now on and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
