To Whom it May Concern In December 2019 Justin Howard of “JW Heating and Plumbing Solutions” completed a range of plumbing tasks including removal of antiquated lead piping, re-installing various stop-cocks, and installing a new central heating boiler for the house. He corrected many problems caused by previous “cowboy” plumbers and tradesmen. He was thorough and displayed a remarkable knowledge of all things plumbing, is conversant with all the latest regulations and product innovations, impressive in his technical skill. His range of tools is second-to-none. He was clean and tidy and more than willing and able to communicate to me about what was going on, offering advice as needed.
