To Whom it May Concern In December 2019 Justin Howard of “JW Heating and Plumbing Solutions” completed a range of plumbing tasks including removal of antiquated lead piping, re-installing various stop-cocks, and installing a new central heating boiler for the house. He corrected many problems caused by previous “cowboy” plumbers and tradesmen. He was thorough and displayed a remarkable knowledge of all things plumbing, is conversant with all the latest regulations and product innovations, impressive in his technical skill. His range of tools is second-to-none. He was clean and tidy and more than willing and able to communicate to me about what was going on, offering advice as needed. Thorough service of boiler, Friendly and efficient posted 10/10/2019
Repeat customer for the last 6 years, wouldn’t look anywhere else. Booked in for annual service of the boiler which was carried out on the day agreed. Could clearly see the full strip down, inspection and clean of the boiler. Any questions I had were answered and explained fully. Advice was even given for optimal use of my boiler and energy use. Left area clean and tidy, exactly as it was found. Would definitely recommend

Justin is the most professional, knowledgable and honest tradesperson we have ever come across. We first came across him when we needed someone to urgently service a boiler approx 2010. We have used him many times since for both business and domestic. He installed a Viessmann in our property a couple of years ago and his workmanship is immaculate. Tidy pipes, neat finishes and professional approach to the job. Definitely a tradesperson we would recommend to anyone. He takes pride in what he does and his customer service is second to none. 10/10
