Paul fit our new boiler today, he was very friendly and explained every step he was taking, honest about the job, professional and worked to a very high standard. He checked every aspect to make sure he was doing the best job possible for us. When he was finished he tidied up the work surface and left no mess and talked us through everything we would need to know going forward. 10/10 would recommend highly.

Mick went above and beyond to repair our old boiler a few weeks ago. We decided to replace it to avoid further problems. He discussed the options with us. On the day new boiler fitted - on time, no mess, explained work along the way. Both guys very friendly and did everything to reduce the impact of the work on us including only a very brief period without hot water. So good to have reliable tradesmen who clearly care about their work and customers.

I had my boiler done from an electramate 2000 to a fancy powerful more economic boiler. Noone in Leeds would take on this job till Michael stepped in. So happy to be able to continue writing positive reviews for Mick and the Iplumb team. I came across Mick and a co worker in Morley a few years ago - doing a stand promoting the family business. It was serendipity - I needed a new boiler and that's what they did for a living! I remember being taken with the friendliness and clear honesty that shone through. Mick replaced my boiler - it's been in 3 years, I have it serviced every year. It's efficient, good value and that mirrors Mick and his team. Great service, friendly honest folks who always do a through job and are respectful, tidy and clean. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I rang to book in a quote with Michael. He was very helpful & friendly, booked in promptly. He turned up 10mins earlier than the appointment time, he didn’t rush with the quote, gave clear information and answered all our questions. We had piece of mind and when we saw the price of the quote we couldn’t believe how reasonable it was. We were expecting it to be a lot more. We had the job booked in within the next week. Very prompt arrival on the day, got stuck straight in and barely stopped for 2 days. Must say they all had lovely manners and very polite. They took care to treat my home like they would want their own treating. Very easy to talk to and was up front and honest with us. Very professional, high quality of work, exceptional service and could not fault one bit. Michael, Paul and Charlie did everything they possibly could to make this big job go as smoothly as possible. Gave a fully itemized quote and explained what needed to done and why. Despite issues with suppliers, arrived at the agreed time and all the work was completed in the one day. The lads were professional and friendly. They used protective floor covering throughout and cleaned up before they left. We would definitely recommend iPlumb

Mike and his team have been fantastic throughout. Mike came to quote us in January and soon realised we had an issue with our gas meter which even our gas company couldn’t recognise as an issue. He advised us perfectly on what we needed to get sorted before we could go ahead and get our boiler done. Once this was resolved he came back again to quote us for moving our boiler into the attic, Paul and Charlie came out and got this all sorted for us. They were on time, work ethic was amazing despite how hot it was for them to work in. If you want a company that is friendly, reliable and amazingly priced I couldn’t recommend Mike and his team enough. We’ve used them for over 5 years now and we really wouldn’t use anyone else.

The job was booked on the day before by phone with Michael. Paul arrived early and waited a few minutes for our return from shopping. After turning off the gas he got on with the job of capping off the gas fire and removing it quickly and efficiently. He turned the gas back on and made sure the central heating boiler was up and running again. He even helped my husband to carry out the old fire surround to the garage which was very much appreciated. He was polite friendly and helpful and a credit to his firm. The main issue we have had has been receiving the invoice for the job via email. We gave our email address to Paul on the day the job was done expecting to receive the invoice the next day. We like to pay our bills promptly! It has taken 18 days for us to receive an email with the invoice in it. During this time my husband has rung iPlumb several times and sent 4 texts, including his email address again, in response to requests for payment for a 'boiler service'by Michael. We even called round to the address on Britannia Road but found no-one home. We have paid our bill today and expect to receive a gas certificate as promised over the phone when my husband first booked the job. We would use iPlumb again and would recommend their work.

Michael and the guys were great, I phoned on the Monday morning, Michael attended Monday afternoon fully inspected our old boiler and we made the decision to replace it. 8am the next day our old boiler was being ripped out and that evening we had hot water and heating again. The guys were exceptional, kept us informed right through the day, installed a couple of new radiators at the same time. I would absolutely reccomend I-plumbleeds.co.uk, quick service, friendly, very clean and professional.

Came to inspect possible cause of gas leak. Was very thorough and knowledgable. Found potential sources completed full inspection and managed to get the heating back on with recommendations which other engineers had missed. We were without any heating, cooker and hot water so was great that it was done at such short notice.
