Ron and his team , did a first class job from initial inspection and quote to completion. They work hand in hand with other tradesmen that they can recommend to complete any other specialist work that is required , and schedule each stage for optimium efficiency. The only thing that gets in their way is weather, and if the any such delays happen they put in extra effort to make up the time. Every stage fully explained.

Having just had an extension built on the side of the house using reclaimed tiles, I was extremely keen to get the whole roof cleaned. having read Inspector Moss's reviews I was not disappointed. Ron and Matt did an excellent job in cleaning the roof and replacing a couple of broken tiles that they found. Their eagerness to please was apparent and I would definately recommend them, in fact I have already! People have commented on the fact that it looks like a brand new roof. This was a large area of composite decking that was only a few months old but was suffering from a blanket spreading of black mould and algae. This was around the side of the house and on 2 large levels at the back of the house, including steps. We had tried everything to scrub off the mould but nothing would budge it!! We thought we would have to replace all the decking, which had cost an awful lot of money. One last option was to look for a professional decking cleaning operator. We phoned 'Inspector Moss'. He was absolutely wonderful!! Ron turned up well on time, worked his magic and within 2 hours the decking was sparkling, clean and no trace of that mould whatsoever!!!! Thank you Inspector Moss. You saved us so much heart ache and so much money. We are so happy with the results that we have asked him to come back after Christmas to do our driveway and roof. He is a straight talking man, who totally understood our concerns. He put us at ease as he really knows his stuff and has a lovely sense of humour. Highly recommended

Ron told us the options available. This is my first slate roof, I didn’t know how the moss affected it and therefore how good or bad mime was. Ron was very good at explaining what to look out for and what maintenance/cleaning level and frequency are required. The first thing he said was that my roof doesn’t really need doing for another couple of years but having recently bought the house I wanted to start on a clean slate. They also cleaned the gutters and the down pipes, took all the moss away, cleaned up after themselves and did it all at a reasonable price. Friendly to talk with, honest about the facts, professional on the job. Thanks Ron and the team. Will call you again next time round.

Inspector Moss arrive on day and time they said. Jet spayed and cleaned all my decking until it looked like brand new wood again! Came back when decking was dry and sealed and painted it. I can’t believe the difference. Their work is superb, clean, tidy and efficient. A very professional job, that has given my decking area a whole new lease if life. Contacted the team and received a very prompt response followed by a site visit and inspection of the work which needed to be done to get the tired and dirty paintwork on the walls of this Victorian villa and around the garden/car park cleaned. I found Ron very efficient, knowledgable and friendly and this visit was followed by a very clear and detailed quote for the work which was carried out a few days later - promptly, carefully and exactly as discussed - 'soft washed' the walls, garden walls and part of the old natural slate roof and we now have a building which looks as though it could go on for a few years without having to be redecorated. I cannot recommend highly enough - it is rare to find people who are reliable, knowlegeable, courteous and efficient and I am pleased to say that is exactly what we have found with Inspector Moss.

The roof was covered in moss & lichen which, in bad weather blocked the gutters & downpipes. Ron & his assistant scraped away the moss and using a pressure washer cleaned the whole roof area. The work was carried out in hot sunny conditions and the result was a roof which looked as good as new..a really excellent, first class job. Inspector Moss made a wonderful difference to our house. They cleared the heavy infestation of moss and lichen on the roof then power washed and clear coated it. We were amazed to see the true colour of the tiles underneath all the growth and grime. Whilst the scaffolding was up they power washed the house stone facing making it look like new and painted the rendered areas. What a transformation! It was a pleasure to have the skilled and always cheerful Inspector Moss crew here with us and we thoroughly recommend them.

Roof had never been cleans in 30 years and was covered in moss and litchen. Now it looks like a new roof. It has since been sealed and should last for many years to come. I have dealt with many tradesmen over the years but I have to say Ron is without a doubt the best. We have recently had a large new extension built. This left the old roof looking shabby and the wrong colour. Ron totally refurbished the old roof , replacing any broken tiles. He then cleaned the roof removing years of moss and dirt. He then repainted the roof the new extension colour. The result is amazing and it saved me £10.000. Ron you're a genius.

Ron and his helpers made an excellent job of removing a large quantity of moss and cleaning the roof of our large bungalow. The roof now looks like new and is a splendid advertisement for their skills. The cleaning up operation afterwards was superb as it included pressure washing two patios and conservatories. We would not hesitate to recommend Inspector Moss. My neighbour had an identical job done six months ago, which still looks like new due to the quality of the cleaning and follow up roof sealer.

We live a couple of hours from Torquay so Ron and his colleague had to leave very early in order to get to us by about 7.20. They collected a key from us in order to access the bungalow they were going to clean the roof of. The roof of the bungalow had lots of very thick moss and they set to work while we were at work. On return they had finished the roof cleaning and were just cleaning up. The roof looked amazing and they had also replaced several cracked and damaged tiles for us.. They cleaned up very well after themselves and other than the spotless roof you wouldn't known that they had been . Very pleased with the result from a hard working team.
