Gordon was amazing, he went out of his way to attend to a gas leak which was caused by a plumber moving the gas meter. Even although he had other commitments, he rearranged these then promptly arrived, located the leak and replaced the damaged pipe work. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable, I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Gordon attended emergency call and fixed pipe work burst immediately. His team returned several days later to replace a leaking tap in the Kitchen ruining the work unit, and a waterfall bathroom tap running back onto the cistern causing damage. A further repair was carried out on the boiler when the heating wasn’t responding properly to hive signals. All work completed quickly and effectively. When our old boiler started to go wrong we called Gordon for a quote to replace it. He came on time gave us a price within our budget for an uprated boiler system with a 10 year warranty. No pressure sales, no pesky phone calls just gave us a price and went away. We talked it over, knew we had to replace our old boiler and gave him a call back to go ahead. Gordon's team again arrived on time, removed our old combi boiler and replaced it with a new one. They left no mess communicated with us from start to finish, and were polite and well mannered throughout. We are delighted with the work and service we received from Gordon and his team. The efficiency of the new system is outstanding and VFM, the system installed was advised by Gordon to ensure we received the correct requirement. Guys very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Can't recommend Gordon enough. I had previously used him to get a new boiler and then I was blown away with his standard of work, aftercare and work ethic. He came and refitted our old bathroom in our Victorian cottage. Due to the age of our house there were a few (challenges) as there always are in an ageing property. Gordon tackled them and I believe went beyond what most tradesmen would do. He took extra time making sure the pipes were concealed and raddled. He was trustworthy, friendly, tidy and kept me informed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and I am proud to show off a room in the house that I had become ashamed off. I wouldn't use another plumber after Gordon. I'm not sure they would come up to his standards. Blown away with our new bathroom.
