Aaron inspected for the leak which he determined would require a new "doughnut seal kit" he ordered the kit and returned to fit it. All left tidy after the job was done and he cleaned up as best he could. I can highly recommend Gold Boilercare for your plumbing and heating requirements.

Engineer Dave turned up within the agreed time frame and was very courteous on arrival eg took shoes off without being asked. On or, Tiff and Dave were fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable, tidy and respectful. They all worked really hard for 3 days to get our new boiler fitted. They had to remove 2 tanks from the loft, the old boiler, the old cylinder and pump. This was all done with no mess, and all rubbish was taken away at the end of the job. They were all so patient with all our questions, and kept us informed about what they were doing throughout the job. All was ‘made good’ after the removal of the boiler etc. They were all very respectful of our home at all times, and were a pleasure to have in the house. I would highly recommend this company!

Steve came promptly, and was professional and friendly. He spent a bit of time fault-finding what was wrong with our boiler and soon found the problem! I have had boiler issues over the last few weeks with the boiler eventually loosing pressure and stopped working. As I have insurance cover Gold boiler care were given the job by the insurance company. A appointment was made for the next day. The engineer Connor turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.he explained in a professional manner so I could understand the problem he has ordered the part that is needed and an appointment to refit. I am extremely happy with the service so far.Conner was methodical and thorough in his work and is a credit to the company. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a honest professional job done.

My boiler stopped working (not great in the middle of the heating season!). I left a voicemail message for Gold BoilerCare Ltd. and I received a call back within a couple of hours and an engineer was organised to visit within 48 hours and he fixed the fault within 15 minutes! The engineer telephoned me to say he would arrive within half an hour and he was true to his word. After he had fixed the fault, he explained what the problem had been and how he had fixed it. The lads did a lovely job doing a complete boiler change, removing ALL the old equipment on a hot day in the loft and installing a new boiler. My father passed away half way through them doing the work and the boys were really respectful, understanding and continued to complete the work with out bothering me at all. I couldnt have asked for a better team to do such a great job in such an awkward situation. The boiler is brilliant, easy to use and the water pressure is a 1000 times better than before. Forever grateful for the work they done. Thank you!

I recently converted my heating system in my 3 bed house from warm air to combination boiler wet central heating. 6 working days it took. Rebecca, Aaron and 2 engineers were very courteous. They kept me up to date with progress while I was away for a week. The work was done to a very high standard. They left the house clean, tidy and neat. Very knowledgeable engineer. Great job from start to finish. I cooked the lads a nice bacon sandwich and then left then to it as I had to work.
