I rang Glow Energy Services with a boiler/heating problem we received excellent service, friendly engineer, quick response to our call. Fixed the problem on his first visit and clean all area he worked in. Would highly recommend the engineering service provided. Decided to have him back on a yearly basis for our services, by subscribing to the After Glow Services.

We contacted Michael to service our boiler. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. Turns out he was able to to do another job in our bathroom the same day, it wasn’t a straight forward job but he managed to do it well and efficiently. Would highly recommend using Michael.

Contacted Michael after googling a well reviewed OFTEC registered engineer. Arrived Sunday as our oil boiler not working which meant me and my young family had no water and heating. He quickly diagnosed that parts were required to fix the problem and he arrived the following day and installed them. I’m happy to say that our oil boiler is back up and working and we now have hot water and heating again in a quick turnaround. Michael was very professional, friendly and left everything really tidy. Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future.

I called Michael explaining my boiler was leaking and he came out to check it promptly. I did have to have a new boiler but I cannot recommend Michael and Paula enough! Provided a professional service throughout and great workmanship. He explained what he was doing and how it would be beneficial for me in the long run and the savings i would make theoughtout the year.Michael did a excellent job and I have recommend him to family and friends.

I wasn't happy with another firm that had left my mum's toilet unusable and bein...

I wasn't happy with another firm that had left my mum's toilet unusable and being told that he would have to leave it unsafe in order to flush my mums toilet. From this, I got in touch with my insurance company and reported that we know have a new issue which he had created and a poor answer of how this job should be left. After waiting a few days for his report the insurance company sent Mike from Glow Energy, who came and fixed the issue within no time on his first visit. He used no parts and explained what he had done to fix this issue. I was impressed by his attitude of he wouldn't leave until the job was complete. He spent the time to understand and explain why my mum's toilet wasn't flushing which is now perfect so thank you!

Michael is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and explained each step of the powerflush for our radiators. A great result and we are looking forward to feeling the benefits of our heating working more efficiently now.

I'm currently selling my dads apartment which is a grade II listed building. We was having heating issues with several of the radiators however, we was made aware that our boiler was beyond economical repair and that the parts are obsolete. We wanted to leave the new vendors a good working boiler which has a long warranty so we asked Mike from Glow to carry out and spec the boiler and all the works involved. Being on the ground floor the flue had to go through a further two occupancies above to get to the roof and they have installed several access hatches. I was very impressed with the level of commitment from the guys and how they protected my dads apartment like it was their own. Once completed, Mike has now showed me how to operate the boiler and both our heating zones from the thermostats and from my mobile.
