Gary was recommended by Worcester Bosch as a local WB accredited installer. Very professional and friendly service right from the first enquiry with Gary. Different options of boiler and thermostats were explained to me by Gary as well as how the whole system works. Gary also explained what he was doing at each stage of the job and he and his apprentice kept the work area extremely clean and tidy throughout the whole job. Very happy with the combi boiler installation and re-piping of a number of rads that I also requested and all at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Gary .. definitely 5 stars!

Thanks to Gary, I am now the proud owner of a newly installed boiler. On his first visit, I laid out the issues: a 20-year-old (Conventional) boiler, leaking hot water tank, faulty pump and a shower producing barely a dribble. After measuring the mains water pressure and asking a few questions Gary recommended switching to a Combi boiler. That night he emailed a clear, itemised quotation for the parts / labour. On the first day of installation Gary arrived at midday and quickly set to work removing the old system. Covers were put down to protect the carpets, large items were removed carefully, and all waste (including the old boiler) was taken away. On the second day he neatly installed the new boiler and associated pipework. On day three, Gary flushed the radiators, installed the TRV’s and commissioned the system. Finally, paperwork was completed, safety checks carried out, and the next day, I received the invoice. Very, very efficient! Throughout the process Gary kept me fully informed. He worked diligently throughout the three days. Consequently, I would describe him as professional, punctual, and personable and would not hesitate to recommend him.
