I needed a new boiler supplied and fitted asap as my old one had broken. Michael replied to my advert and came out the next day to look at the job and give me a quote. We agreed on a price and he started work on it. Came back today to finish off. I’m really happy with the job. The boiler is fab and looks and works great. Michael is a very professional, clean and tidy worker. 100% will use him again and recommend to family and friends.

A kitchen mixer tap needed replacing. An exchange of messages with photos allowed me to show Michael what the job involved and then let me choose a suitable tap from a selection this morning, and the job was done by early afternoon! Very pleased with the result. Michael also fixed another problem tap for me that I hadn't mentioned in advance. Many thanks.

Needed a flush repair on our downstairs toilet and to fix our lack of hot water from our boiler. Toilet fixed in no time, had to go and get another valve for boiler, gone & back, job done within the hour. Great communication, will be using again.

Called Glennon Plumbing Services with a suspected leak but I unsure where it was coming from. Following a call we agreed a date and time for an engineer to come out and take a look. Michael quickly identified the source of the leak and repaired the problem with minimal interference. I can’t recommend this company enough!

I don’t like to open the door to just anyone so on contacting Glennon Plumbing Services I requested that I was giving a specific time that he would arrive and take a look at my boiler. I suffer with very bad anxiety and have been let down before by other workmen. Mike was very professional and understanding. He even contacted me 10 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he introduced himself and provided identification. He made me feel so at ease and was quick to take a look at the job. I requested a new full adapted bathroom including walk in shower. I’d received a couple of quotes from other plumbers but hesitant to go through with the work. Mike was able to give me a quote that same day and advised he could start the work that following week. He paid attention to every question, concern that I had. Once the work was completed I couldn’t thank him enough. From start to finish everything was top of the shop. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again if I ever need a plumber in the future. Thank you so much.

He arranged for a part to be fitted on Monday. When he came back he was quick, quiet and left no mess. I have already passed his phone number to some of my neighbours.

Emergency leak posted 25/02/2019

I contacted Michael as recommended by a friend. I opened up for business last week and didn’t anticipate having a leak in the kitchen area. Obviously this was a massive problem for me as I run a busy West Derby restaurant and wouldn’t be able to open otherwise. Michael was quick to respond and fix the leak. Following his workmanship I’ve also booked in for the bathroom to be modernised shortly. Thanks again Michael for saving the day!

I found Michael on the gas safe website and specifically wanted someone who was local and professional. I wasn’t looking for the cheapest quote but wanted someone who was reasonable, reliable and hard working. From the minute Michael turned up at the property he was very polite, knowledgeable and really friendly. His co-worker was very assertive and proactive. My new boiler looks great and came with a 7 year warranty. I’ve already booked my service for next year. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael.
