How much does it cost to clean an oven?
We charge £50 for an oven clean. They are usually done as part of end of tenancy cleans and can take around an hour to be done properly. Often it is cheaper to combine cleaning with carpet or upholstery cleaning as well, as companies often offer discounts for bigger jobs and multiple items.
How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?
We charge a flat fee of £20 a room. This includes all carpets, all furnishings, sinks, toilets, showers, walls, skirting boards and interior windows. Oven cleaning is usually an extra £50. Very important to check exactly what services you get beforehand to prevent any nasty suprises.
End of tenancy cleaning checklist, what are landlords responsible for cleaning?
Landlords are responsible for ensuring the property is clean and ready to move into. This forms the basis of the tenancy agreement and any necessary cleaning, interior or exterior, should have been completed by the previous tenant as per their agreement or in worst case by the landlord themselves before the new arrival.
