We live in an old property and our bathroom was very tatty and rundown. We needed an experienced, skilled tradesman and Gary was recommended to us. I'm so glad we listened to this recommendation. Gary came out quickly he clearly understood what was needed, made good suggestions and gave a prompt and very reasonable quote. Whilst working at our home Gary was punctual, reliable, friendly and approachable and he always left the house tidy at the end of the day. He is a real grafter who is very good at his job and takes pride in his work. It is no exaggeration to say that Gary transformed our bathroom and I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Gary was very friendly and helpful in his advice before starting the job. Excellent time management, arrived when he said he would. The work was messy stripping out a Bathroom and Cloakroom however Gary used plastic covering for the carpets. Such a friendly person and a joy to have do the work which was to an extremely high standard. Gary is very easy to recommend to friends and family. We are so impressed with his work and how quick it was done in less days than originally thought and within budget with no hidden extra costs. 100/100

From the moment Gary attended to give me a quote I got a really good impression of him. It was clear he was very experienced and was plain talking .His punctuality was spot on and the quality of his work top notch. Throughout the 2 weeks he was at my home he was polite, friendly and professional. Gary explained daily what the plan for the day was and just got on with it, a real grafter. Gary stripped out the old bathroom completely. He put in a new ceiling with lighting and the flooring besides the fitting of the shower, loo and sink. The tiling work was also top quality. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend him to anyone.

From the initial consultation right through to job completion, Gary was very professional. His advice on the layout & product choices were second to none. Arriving on time every day and working until early evening, the job was completed earlier than originally estimated. The transformation of both the upstairs bathroom & the downstairs toilet/cloakroom is nothing short of breath-taking. No need to look elsewhere for a bathroom installation engineer!

Gary did a fantastic job of refitting and tiling the bathroom in my Victorian cottage. He made everything look perfect, despite the old walls being out of true. He also did the job exactly when he said he would, and within the allotted time. Hard worker, very clean and friendly, also gave excellent advice regarding decorating. Highly recommended.

From the very first visit to view the job to the completion, Gary was very professional and gave good advice as to the best layout and products. His workmanship is top class and his work ethic is second to none, arriving early in the morning and working Virtually non stop until the early evening. Neighbours who have seen the finished product were very impressed, with one booking Gary to refit their bathroom later this year. Gary was great from start to finish. He provided us with a quote that we were extremely happy with and he should charge much more for the work he carries out. He kept us in the loop before the work started, offering advice and making sure we were prepared for when he started and he responded to our messages promptly. He was always on time, worked non stop, always left the area tidy each night and sorted out a variety of niggles our bathroom had which left other plumbers baffled. We couldn't be happier with the end result, a lot of tradesmen could learn a thing or two from him. Thanks for giving us our dream bathroom.

I'd give Gary higher than five stars if possible. He was very hardworking and communicated greatly with us so that we got the bathroom just as we wanted it. Even when we had a few issues from the bathroom fittings supplier, he made sure to put it right by doing that little bit more. The end result is an amazing bathroom finished to a high professional standard. We wouldn't hire anyone else.

After having seen 5 plumbers decided to take Gary on to do our bathroom and what a good decision it turned out to be. Gary turned up on time every day with his packed lunch and worked a full day, he discussed our requirements and made suggestions on ways to get around problems a really helpful guy. he always left everything tidy and clean when he left for the day. The standard of his work is excellent. Altogether a nice competent friendly person who does a great job at a very reasonable price, would not hesitate to recommend Gary.
