My tenants boiler packed in and after being let down by another heating engineer I was recommended Gas serve NW. Geraint was called about the Job on Friday afternoon and he went to the flat after he finished for the day to evaluate the job. The parts were ordered and although he could not make it Saturday due to the installation he was already working on he was there first thing Sunday morning before carrying on with the installation again. I was really grateful that they were able to fit us in like this around their other work and my tenant said that they were really quick and cleaned up after they had finished. He was really happy with them and that makes me happy to use them again.

Geraint executed an annual service on my two-yearold Intergas ECO RF 30 boiler. He did the work quickly and tidily explaining the the operations he was carrying out and the report produced by the analysis meter. He identified some shortcomings with the installation done by another company. Fortunately, none of which affected the boiler's performance significantly. I shall use him again next year to install a magnaflow and tidy up some of the plumbing when the utility room is redone.

Called Gas Serve NW on a Saturday afternoon regarding boiler with intermittent fault. Arrived Sunday morning as promised, identified and rectified the fault in less than hour. Clear description and outline as to what was happening and why at all times. Part required (DV motor) which was available instantly as a replacement from carried stock. Friendly service, prompt arrival and a fair price. Will use again.
