Terrible, unreliable, under skilled, useless posted 26/03/2021

Zone valve fitted incorrectly, which left the heating pump running continuously. When informed, the trader said it wasn’t his job and to get an electrician. The second response was ‘turn it off’. My question is; is he qualified to fit this part or not? He fitted it in the first place but refused to acknowledge when it wasn’t working, forcing me to employ another tradesman to resolve the mess. This person confirmed that the valve had been wired up incorrectly. Previously this trader pretty much demolished mh kitchen in the process of fitting a new boiler and proved unreliable on several occasions. He’s very keen to talk his way around the facts in order to offer excuses but I wouldn’t trust anything that comes out of his mouth or any work he does!!!!

New heating system installed, 3 new column radiators fitted, very pleased with the service and workmanship. Would recommend and use again myself.

Faulty Boiler posted 16/11/2018

Lee came and fixed our boiler. We had no heat or hot water for a few days. We had another heating engineer come out who said we needed a new boiler. We went for a second opinion and got Lee out who sorted it by fitting a new part. Thanks guys you saved us alot of money just before Christmas.
