What is the best combi boiler for a 2-3 bedroom house?
The size of a combination boiler depends on several factors the mains inlet pressure how many people living in the property & the number of hot water outlets & if you shower or have a bath as this will affect what size boiler you would need. Having a too larger boiler is not cost efficient with the new condensing boilers. I recommend having a Gas Safe Registered heating engineer to advise you on what boiler would be most suitable for your hot water needs.
What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
Unvented hot water cylinders give you mains pressure to your hot water it’s ideal if you like a powerful shower they are suitable for multiple showers running at same time I recommend you ask an engineer who has unvented hot water certificate to give advise on your hot water needs
What are the benefits of powerflushing?
Having your heating system power flushed it removes all the dirt & debris from your heating system it makes the system quieter and more efficient as the sludge in the bottom of the radiators removed the whole of the radiators will get hot & give better heat output. Having you system power flushed will save you money as it should decrease you energy bill & prolong the life of your boiler & pump.
