From estimating to completion, Jack and Ollie gave invaluable help and information making my final decision easy. I had used the company for an emergency call out some months before, recommended by a colleague and had been happy with their work then. Communication was excellent arranging a start date and letting me know their eta. They were both very polite and friendly and worked in an efficient and considerate manner, clearing any mess quickly during the day making sure their work tools and materials were not intrusive. They also tidied and cleaned up at the end of each day more than I expected. I was impressed they didn’t leave until everything had been tested and was working properly and I had all the necessary information on the new installation. Would highly recommend them.
