Reece and Callum arrived nice and early, warning it might be a long day, as they would finish all works today! Floor protection went down first throughout the house, then work began, Reece removing existing boiler, Callum clearing and re-plumbing airing cupboard and loft space. When boiler was removed there was an issue with the wall behind boiler. Previous boiler providers had made a terrible job of filling the inner skin of external wall, where the original flue was. This meant some remedial work was required to make wall safe for fixing the new boiler. These works were agreed and carried out and the new boiler fixing plate and pipework was installed. Everything else went really well, removing the tanks and cylinder was a very tidy job, and I've gained some added storage space. My only drop in 'the perfect' mark is really not a negative, just a realisation of the amount of tools and equipment the guys needed to do the works in relation to the actual area of my kitchen. There was still space enough to keep them supplied with coffee and biscuits! The boiler was commissioned and the whole system checked over and explained to me. They left me very tidy, warm and cosy at 7.30 pm. They worked really hard and were a very happy friendly pair. A long day, but a pleasant one. Thank you.

From the initial contact, we felt comfortable with Elements. They have developed a well earned good reputation locally as a family owned firm. The quotation was very clear and identified exactly what we could expect, that was what was also delivered, on time, efficiently and by polite, friendly tradesmen. Once completed the installation areas were left clean and tidy. Instructions on how the system works and what to do to ensure the system runs efficiently was provided. We highly recommend this firm and have already booked part of their group to install a new kitchen in six weeks time

What is the best combi boiler?
My go to boiler would have to be a Worcester 4000 30kw combination boiler. It’s build quality is truly outstanding! Accompanied with a 10 year warranty which means peace of mind for both the customer and us. The parts are all easily obtainable for replacements when servicing and the plug and play Worcester on brand programmable thermostat “easy controller” is just that! It links with your smart phone and saves you lots on your heating costs.
