I needed a new boiler, the one I have was costing money, as it kept braking down. I got on touch with Check a Trade. They recommended four companies. These sent salesman round, who’s objective I felt they was to make as much money from me as possible. The quotes ranger from £2000 to £2800. I did not feel I could trust any on them. I decided to get a Worcester Bosch boiled and got a quote Eco Homes Energy Limited. As soon as I met Ross I felt unlike the others he was not trying to rip me of. They did a very good job and were extremely tidy. I can highly recommend this company.

Ross has come to the rescue 3 times for me now. This time a burst pipe flooded the bathroom with scalding hot water which poured through the bathroom floor and down through the kitchen ceiling, soaking my boiler and worktops, floors and gushed into the dining room. My tenant called Ross who came immediately and was there within 20 minutes. Brilliant, because he wasn’t nearby. He repaired the burst pipe and then fitted a new boiler as soon as the insurance gave the ok. I can’t praise Ross more highly. I have been let down many times by other plumbers, but now I will use only Ross. I’m happy to be contacted personally re this review.

Such a positive experience! Ross showed up on time to quote for a new boiler installation. The pricing was instant, better than another quote and was transparent. He was able to arrange to install the boiler the next day for me. He and his team arrived on the dot as promised at 7:20am so I could leave for work - I had no hesitation in leaving them alone in the house installing the boiler while I was at work. Ross met me at the house after work so he could show me how to use the boiler - and he had already registered my guarantee online for me! It was a remarkably seamless and positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ross and his company to anyone - friendly, efficient and trustworthy.

We needed a boiler replacement, on the very same evening I contacted Ross he came around to take a look at our boiler and was able to book us in next day. We were amazed and very glad to have it sorted immediately, especially because it was winter time. There was a cold snap that week & our boiler is accessed from outside, and Ross went on with the job without complaining! He is very friendly so we felt comfortable on the day and were able to chill in the sitting room while he did the job.

Ross and his team were brilliant. They made short work of a complicated job and nothing was too much trouble. Will be using them for any future work, would highly recommend.
