What is the best combi boiler?

all engineers have their preferences. there are good quality budget options and good and bad expensive ones. Personally we suggest Main (by Baxi) for a top quality budget option or Baxi 800 series or Vaillant ecotec plus for the premium boiler options. But no matter which boiler you have installed it will only be as good as the installation and maintenance. Even if installing a cheap boiler don't judge choose the cheapest installer - them cutting corners will cause you problems in the long term and cause your boiler to die sooner. Ask the engineer about what they will do, compare this to other engineers. Ensure they do everything that regulations and the manufacturers instructions ask for (if you don't know you can ask someone - we will be happy to advise).
