I cannot recommend Dean highly enough! He popped in to have a look at a job for me on his way him at 5pm on a Friday. Having identified a potentially dangerous issue he then proceeded to investigate until it was found (some 3 hours later due to the complexity). The service provided was outstanding and I would not hesitate to use and recommended him every time!

Dean came to uninstall our current doorbell and replace it with a wired Ring doo...
Dean came to uninstall our current doorbell and replace it with a wired Ring doorbell and add a Ring floodlight camera to the side of our house/garage. He worked non stop and ensured that everything worked as it should and linked to my phone and we tested it working before he left. He was extremely tidy with his work too, I was expecting to have to patch bits of paint work up given the walls he had to go through, but there was nothing to touch up. For any further electrical jobs I have I will definitely be calling Dean back!

What is the average cost to rewire a house?
Cost of a rewire depends on many factors. Some of these are: size of property, choice of wiring accessories, type of lighting installed (obviously a room full of recessed down lights will take more planning, materials and installation work than just a centre light) network wiring, lighting control systems, heating control systems. Another factor that will greatly change the cost of a rewire is if the property is occupied
