Ivan was able to get out to us at very short notice on a weekend after I had accidently drilled through a cable which had cut off the power in half of the house. He explained the possible solutions and what each might entail, depending on what he found when investigating. The solution found resulted in minimal disruption or damage to the wall. He left everything spotless and managed to get the carpet back down, you would barely know there had been any work done. He was also a very pleasant and amenable gentleman. Many thanks to Ivan. We had several electrician companies quote us for the work we required one of which was Consider it Done. They were not the cheapest of all the quotes we received nor were they the most expensive. We found the price very reasonable for the work we had requested. What made us choose Consider it Done was down to Ivan, when he came to provide the quote he was very professional and knowledgeable. He made suggestions and offered options and alternatives. When the quote arrived via email it was professionally laid out and each task individually broken down which made it easy to see and understand what we were paying for. When Ivan carried out the work he did so to a very high standard. He is very friendly and extremely meticulous when it comes to his work. Ivan would always clean up after himself at the end of his working day. I would highly recommend Ivan and Consider it Done. I would be happy to use the company again in the future. Very satisfied customer.

I was very pleased with how the whole job went with Ivan for some moderate-intensity electrical work involving moving multiple sockets, lighting and installing sockets above my fireplace for a wall-mounted TV. Ivan was prompt to return my message for a quotation request, turned up at the agreed time to provide my quotation and sent the quotation within his indicated timescales. The quotation prior to the work was competitive with other ones I had received. Ivan turned up on-time for the two days he was at our property. He performed his work to a high standard, constantly testing the circuits throughout the installation to ensure their safety. My house, being built in 1959 and lived in for a while previously by an avid yet very amateur DIYer, did have some dangerous lead-coated cabling installed diagonally (!) in my living room wall, which went up under the floor boards in my daughter's room. I am very grateful Ivan brought this to my attention and that he made it safe with minimal disruption. The historic cabling issue meant Ivan overran our original quotation, which he highlighted he would need to in advance. However, Ivan worked an extra few hours beyond this extra charging period at no extra cost to us to ensure our work was complete in time for our plasterer. On the job Ivan is very friendly and kept us well informed of progress. He is diligent and tidy with his work and I would highly recommend him.

We needed a number of minor electrical jobs doing around the house, including replacement sockets, light switches, light fittings and a replacement in-line bathroom fan. Ivan visited and gave a competitive quote. Turned up on time, was polite, professional and friendly. Worked hard, did a good job. Showed great honesty by fixing the fan instead of replacing it and charged us less than he quoted because of it. We'd recommend him all day long and will use anytime we have an electrical job that needs doing.
