OUR CENTRAL HEATING FAILED JUST AFTER XMAS (WORST TIME POSSIBLE), A QUICK CALL TO CM1 PLUMBING & HEATING AND WILL ARRIVED IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES! WILL INFORMED ME THAT THE PUMP WAS FAULTY & NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, HE QUICKLY POPPED TO A LOCAL SHOP, GOT THE PART AND FITTED IT IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES. FINALLY WE WAS GETTING SOME HEAT IN THE HOUSE!! WILL PROCEEDED TO BLEED & CHECK ALL THE RADIATORS TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NO OTHER ISSUES. WILL WAS IN & OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OR SO, A STRESSFUL SITUATION WAS EASED BY HIS QUALITY & EFFICIENCY OF THE JOB. WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN & RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS & FAMILY. A++
