James and Claire came to look at my boiler when the pressure kept dropping. Claire did a thorough check on everything is could possibly be and James (found the leak) after coming back in his own time. Was all fixed the next day, every part of their service is very professional, I was kept up to date with progress and it completed in a matter of hours. Thank you !

Claire and James are really nice polite people. Claire has a great deal of knowledge and experience which is great at diagnosing the fault and only replacing what was needed. Boiler is working properly again now. Thanks for responding so quickly.

I have used Claire and the team for a number of years now from installing a complete new central heating system and servicing it regularly Also as renovations have evolved our heating system has required additional rads in new areas which they are always help to advise on using there numerous years of knowledge and then quite fairly always using good quality products Very friendly and accommodating with our sometimes awkward circumstances at our property Also great with my digs which is a huge bonus

This was a regular servicing of our gas boiler carried out efficiently. The boiler itself was cleaned and the emissions checked and recorded in the boiler manual. All done with minimum fuss.

A friend initially recommended Claire to me, I had just moved into an old house with no heating - other than the odd storage heater. From the first point of contact Claire was amazing and I didn’t look for any alternate plumbers. She came and did a comprehensive assessment of the property and quoted to fit gas central heating. Claire was able to fit in with my schedule and I was comfortable leaving her keys to access the property. The work was completed on schedule and she fully explained the job. I had a couple of teething problems - probably due to user error - but she was always available to come out or talk me through programming etc. This time Claire serviced my boiler and it was a quick and painless experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - and colleague as her work is outstanding!

My heating was working on the coldest day! I phoned Claire Hillyar who normally service my boiler. She was round within an hour. Claire did an excellent job and sorted out the problem. I will highly recommend her!
