Called Bells as I had had a gas leak in the house which resulted in the gas being turned off by the emergency engineer. They came out on the same day and fixed the leak in a friendly professional manner enabling us to have the gas supply turned on again with minimal disruption. Expert advice given throughout and I was kept fully informed of what was happening the whole time. More than happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone needing a gas engineer. Thanks

Had to call Bells this morning as my boiler was just not firing up, Joe came, cleaned a part out & bang the boiler was back on & running. Some friendly advise on servicing the boiler every year & booked them for a service next week. Absolutely over the moon, thank you!

Our boiler was due a service and we had no hesitations to call on Bell’s Heating and Gas.This is the second time we’ve used Joe’s services and just like the first time, he arrived on time, was as friendly as ever and he explained the work he was doing. We’d originally had ongoing problems with our boiler before his first visit and since then it’s been running like clockwork so we’re more than happy to have Joe give it the annual once over. Excellent value for money and I’ve already recommended him to friends. Thanks again!

Put screw through gas pipe and received absolute outstanding service within 30mins on a Saturday posted 04/09/2018

I made a very silly mistake of putting a screw through a gas pipe, and being on a Saturday I was very concerned no engineers available for desperately needed help. Four previous calls to other engineers proved fruitless untill I called Bells Heating & Gas, To be honest I felt like I had won something, engineer attended within 20mins of calling and he had repair completed within half an hour followed by many reassuring safety checks. Absolute outstanding service and all on a weekend when I thought this could cost dearly...not at all, very very good rates. I have every good reason to strongly recommend their service. I called Bells Heating & Gas at 11.45am, arrived at 12pm Joe sorted the pressure on my boiler, cleaned some glass box thing in my boiler & boom, i can now have a bath ready to hit the town! Joe was gone by 1pm! Friendly & polite, he even cleaned up after himself! Really recommend.

Never known a tradesman who explains everything above & beyond. He came, seen our boiler & explained everythong he was doing from cleaning a trap out to our burner. Time keeping is amazing, arrived on time with no delays, polite & very professional. I highly recommend Bells Heating & Gas!

The job was fitting a gas cooker, Joe Is an amazing man, friendly, polite and professional and very thorough doing his job. I would highly recommend Bells Heating and Gas to anyone who requires work on heating or gas supplies. At 60 years of age I have had a couple of gas cookers fitted but this was the best experience of a professional I have ever seen by any tradesman.

Joe came to our property on time, extremely polite & friendly. We had 4 other engineers who came to fix our boiler & all quoted to have a new installed. Thankfully Joe came, knew what the exact problem was, presto, we have a working boiker. He also serviced it there & then & provided full certificate to say it was safe!
