Bradley did an excellent job. Punctual and very personable. Drained the heating system to remove a radiator in the utility room, replumbed the pipework and fitted a heated towel rail. Refilled and tested the system so it was working perfectly. In addition, Bradley replaced a faulty plug and waste trap to the bathroom wash basin, correcting a small leak. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BCU Plumbing to anyone.

Bradley is excellent at what he does, pays good attention to detail and is very tidy. We had a radiator moved and pipes buried in the wall - very neat. Also pipework run from boiler to kitchen as we have changed to a gas hob.

We have repeatedly called Bradley from BCU Plumbing whenever we have needed some plumbing work done at our house (we are currently having building work done), for changing all our radiators and for our regular boiler service. We continue to use Bradley because he is extremely reliable, honest, and he has very neat handiwork. We cannot recommend Bradley enough.

I was surprised how quick and mess free the job was I was expecting caos. The engineer kept us fully informed and updated with how the job was progressing which took a lot of stress and worry away.
