The replacement of an obsolete and antiquated boiler and reconfiguration of the system from a gravity to a pumped system was a challenge. The result was excellent! I now have a quiet, efficient modern boiler neatly installed.. The old balanced flue had to be removed and the the brickwork made good. Very pleased with the attention to detail in matching the replacement brick colour. Overall, an excelled job and I have no hesitation in highly recommending BB Maintenance Solutions.

After initial contact with 'agents', Brian contacted us straight away. Told us how long he would be on current job. Gave us an ETA. Kept to it. Fixed the issue. Checked another pipe too! Just got on with the job, which is exactly what one needs after previous respondent hadn't turned up.

Brian got to me within the hour when I’d discovered that there was a gas leak coming from my boiler. It needed a part but Brian made sure my gas supply was safe and even performed some additional checks on my boiler just to be sure. Polite, punctual and knowledgeable - I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him or using him again in the future

Brian installed a new ideal boiler and 7 radiators, he done it cheaper than the other quotes I got, he was very clean and tidy and left everything the way he found it. He even came back to put chemicals into the system, I haven't had a problem with anything since. I will keep your number for future reference. Thanks brian

Had to get an emergency call out to fix leaking pipes behind kitchen sink. Plumber arrived in approximately 2 hours and finished the job within the hour, despite access to the pipes being very awkward. Very happy with the service.

Called as an emergency as the stop cock was leaking everywhere. I got contacted in less than 5 minutes, was kept updated as to when he would arrive. Arrived in roughly an hour (on a Sunday).
