Aspect helped me out when I really needed it. My building works had ground to a halt after a builder left the job unfinished and Aspect came in to help me get it back on track. Their knowledge and expertise were second to none. Arriving on site at 7.30am and not leaving until they and myself were completely happy. They had the same high standards as myself and that showed in their work. The house was kept spotless which when knocking down brickwork is not an easy thing to do. They even waited for me to come home to run through the works with me and advise me on next steps. They have been available for advise along the way and I’ll 100% be using them very soon. By far the best building contractor I’ve ever worked with and being in a trade myself I can truly say that this team are a real credit to the industry and you should feel in very safe hands with aspect. Thanks again to all of the team. A fantastic job. I’m over the moon as you can tell!

Will and his team were great from first contact via their website. A prompt response and then a visit to quote, through to completion of the job. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were kept updated throughout the process with costs, timescales and recommendations of other trades to help us going forward. Will and the team were quick, thorough and truly professional. If they came across any issues (which there were a few with our old house!) they made everything clear to us and acted on this very quickly and without issue. The building work quality is more than we could have wished for. They took note and actioned anything that we wanted (within reason!), and advised where they felt things needed tweaking in their professional opinion. We will be using the team for any future building work that we have. We thank them so much for what they have done for us.

Will and his small team converted our garage to a play room and small office. Will was friendly, professional and extremely helpful from start to finish, keeping us informed of everything throughout the process, even taking time out to answer questions and give advice on future projects unrelated to this one. Him and his team were extremely tidy and clearly take a great deal of pride in their work. It's quite daunting choosing tradespeople for the first time, especially for large expensive jobs, but we were very pleased with our choice and will definitely be using Aspect Construction in the future.

Will and his team came to put in new drainage for a kitchen and to remove a fireplace which included beams to support the old chimney breast. If I could give more than 5* for how tidy they left the place I would! The whole team are a great group of guys. They kept us in the loop so we knew exactly what they were doing and when they were turning up. All waste was removed efficiently and the garden kept tindy which is a godsend when you have kids and a dog roaming around. Will organised the inspector to visit and made sure we knew who was coming to the house and when. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and hope to have them back to assist us with other projects we have lined up.

Will and his team worked really efficiently replacing the old roll up door of our garage with an insulated wall, door and window. The new front looks amazing and fits in really well with the rest of the building. Will was very helpful in advising us and the whole process went really smoothly. We can definitely recommend Aspect for their professionalism. The garage is now much lighter and warmer and it is much easier to get the bins in and out!

My wife and I were looking for a local company to build a modest two story extension on our house. Initially we found the whole process of instructing a builder extremely stressful due weeks of non returned emails,messages, phone calls and missed appointments by other local companies. Fortunately we found Aspect on Facebook and got a quick response and arranged a visit. It was clear from the start that Will knows what he is talking about, he spoke with enough detail to give confidence but without baffling us with Jargon. We got a detailed written estimate of what works were to be completed and a broken down cost. A start date and time was agreed. Literally everything that we were told would happen did so on time. The overall job was completed tidily on time and on budget despite me adding (while you are here) jobs along the way. We are so pleased with the work and very happy to recommend Will and his team to all.

Will visited us a couple of times before our project started, to understand our dreams and manage our expectations. Once the build started it was obvious we had made the right choice. From day one, the team were punctual and polite, not just to us but our neighbours too. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of every day. If there were any problems, Will took the time to explain the issues and also offer solutions pointing out the hood and bad of each one. Will arranged other trades such as gas, electrics and kitchen fitting so it took the stress off us with trying to arrange them to a particular time. What an amazing job Will and his team did for us. From 60’s eyesore, to open plan kitchen diner. The crew are polite, considerate, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We cannot wait to start phase two. We would definitely recommend Will, Stuart and Aspect Construction to anyone, and our neighbours have already made enquiries!

Will and his team at aspect came over to cut and fit a a new window in my external garage. They managed to fit me in around some other jobs and the communication was great. They had the aperture cut and window fitted within 3 hours! Will and his team was polite, professional and tidy. They even fitted the glass for me and provided the trimmings which I didn't have. I would definitely recommend aspect construction and will use them again for future building work.

Will and Stu helped to transform my 30 y/o conservatory into one of my favourite rooms in the house. From removing an old patio door, plastering the walls and levelling the floor to lay down laminate. They did an excellent job! Always arrived on time and easy to communicate via WhatsApp.

Will was involved in much of the construction of our Annexe garage conversion, including groundworks, stone work, DPC, timber frame, sewage treatment plant installation and finally a superb job paving the outside of the property. Will and Stu were a fantastic team. Will lead the project from day 1 providing a friendly and efficient quote and planning phase. Once a price was agreed he remained flexible and worked with me to agree a start date. He planned and sorted all the details and other trades to complete the job on time and budget. The final product is exactly what I asked for and has been completed to a very high standard. Will is very professional and cares deeply that the client is happy and a job well done. Will did a brilliant job from talking through design ideas to completion. He undertook project management liaising with all local trades to ensure smooth running.
