What are the benefits of installing an unvented cylinder?
Unvented cylinders potentially allow a greater hot water flow rate within a property. This allows multiple hot water outlets to used simultaneously without issues of noise or pressure & flow rate problems associated with vented cylinders & combis. If piped as Priority Hot water the customer will effectively have unlimited hot water (like a combi) but with greater flow rates.
What is the best combi boiler?
My personal preference is ATAG. The warranty and back up service is second to none. Stainless steel heat exchanger and brass hydraulics. Very few call backs on these. Very versatile for larger systems and the Economiser version gives superior hot water performance. The ATAG One controller adds further efficiency and allows remote monitoring of the system.
