Given that it was mid-November when my boiler pump broke, a busy time for heating engineers, I was expecting to have to wait several days. I contacted Ashley in the morning, he was there that evening to diagnose the problem and fitted the replacement pump the next day. Unbelievably quick. His work is excellent and tidy. He's very friendly with a reassuring, trustworthy manner. He's a straight talker - I never get the feeling he's trying to upsell me something i don't really need. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ashley was quick to respond to my enquiry about servicing a Megaflo hot water system, I had struggled to find an engineer qualified. I also asked if he was able to service the gas boiler and carry out a landlord gas safety check at the same time. The price quoted was very reasonable especially as the travel time would be at least 40 minutes. The reason I picked Ashley was his timeliness in responding and eagerness to get the job booked in. He attended at the time he said he would, told me what work was required and completed it all for the price quoted. He left the property as he found it and was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend APJ Lawson Gas Services and hope he can fit the property in again next year.

We booked APJ LAWSON to fix an issue we had for weeks with our boiler after previous companies were unable to resolve the problems. We found the engineer to be extremely professional, and worked hard to ensure our boiler was working efficiently as it should. After diagnosing the actual issue and ordering the correct required parts, they were able to get our boiler back up and running. The price to complete the job was very fair and a great value compared to what we had been charged in the past. Will definitely be using APJ Lawson for all future works. Highly recommend.

Ash came at short notice and resolved our boiler issue within a timely manner. We found the engineer professional, friendly, arrived when stated, no issues, very competent to fix what appeared to be a complex issue with our boiler that two other companies could not fix. Will 100% use again. Ash left the house and work area clean and tidy, and prices were extremely fair, cheaper than others that we have previously used. We will be using APJ LAWSON from now on!!

I had requested APJ Lawson to install a new gas hob but, when he arrived to do the job, it had expanded to include also installing the new electric oven into a cavity which I had mismeasured and found would not fit. I asked if he could try to make it fit and he offered to install the oven too. He accomplished both tasks with quiet competence. He will be my first choice for any future works. I found the online booking service this company uses saved me having to make numerous phone calls and I was able to book a time convenient to me and without a long wait. I booked on Monday for the following day and he arrived exactly at the time specified.

Believe me over the years we have called on so called “Tradesmen” who come to view the work you require. You never see them again which is totally frustrating because you move things around to fit in with their schedule. We were very very pleased with the service we received. Punctual, friendly, clean and tidy. Even wore protective covers on his footwear to protect our carpets and flooring. Set up a service plan for us. The price quoted was the price invoiced I have no reservations at all in recommending.
