Craig is a very polite and well informed engineer, his knowledge on systems with complexities (e.g. underfloor heating and zones) was great. He discovered our issue with the boiler quickly and repaired the system very effectively to get us up and running again. Craig also provided some key advice on how we could effectively improve our zoned smart set up which should save us time and money in the future. I will use Craig for any further work in this field.

I am a plumber and heating engineer myself, but not based in the UK. i was renovating an investment property in bristol and was recomended Craig by a family member. Not being gas safe registered myself i left the whole job to Craig. He is very meticulous and has high standards of finish. He is fully qualified and knows what he is doing.
