We have used Paul for 5 years (Replaced boiler, Central heating checks and fixing issues with central Heating). Paul is always busy (a good sign !). We needed to replace a number of aging central heating radiators. Paul arrived promptly on the day of fitting (August 2021) and replaced them very professionally and efficiently. The radiators supplied are of excellent quality. All in all, a great job.

Paul has always serviced our boiler and installed our son’s heating system. He arrived promptly when our old boiler failed and explained the options for choosing a new boiler and gave very reasonable quotes. Paul returned within the week to fit the new boiler. He and his colleague John carried out the work efficiently and considerately. They were friendly and took care to work within safe social distancing guidelines so we felt comfortable at all times. Paul and his colleague helped us by removing an old water tank and existing piping in order to then install plumbing for a new shower in the new space. The existing boiler was replaced with a new combo boiler. New plumbing was created for a utility room area which was created by removing an unused downstairs shower. A new radiator was also plumbed in and installed. After getting two other quotes for all this work I was impressed with the prices Paul was quoting. Paul and his colleague were very friendly, professional and knew their stuff. They made the minimum of mess possible and completed the works expeditiously and to a good standard. As Paul was in demand on other jobs there was a period where it was difficult to get him back on site to complete the new shower plumbing but he managed this by arranging for his colleague to fill in for him and the job was completed along a couple of extra additional requirements that he was happy to complete. Overall I would definitely recommend Alltime plumbing and heating and would happily use them again for any future needs.

My boiler broke on a Friday morning, Paul came same day and diagnosed new boiler needed to be fitted (he had repaired old boiler in the past and kept it going for further 14 months). New boiler fitted on following Tuesday. Horrible wet and windy day (my boiler is in the cellar), they worked all day in horrible conditions and got it sorted. Few after hiccups but sorted really quickly. Very happy with work carried out and would trust this company and will continue to use them for servicing etc.

Paul and Michael arrived on time and got straight on with the job. The old boiler was in a fairly dangerous state as they discovered it wasn't attached to the wall! Job took the two days they said it would and we had HW and CH that night. My boiler stopped working at at circa 1800, i sent out a couple of 'requests for help'. AllTimePlumbing were 1st to respond (at 2200 that night) & then over having a look at the problem the next day. After attempting to get the boiler going, Paul then laid out a couple of options & his reccommendation without biase or pressure towards any. We requested a new boiler at around 2100 that night, Paul & team were then at our house installing by 1530 the next day! Fantastic service - we've used AllTimePlumbing a few rimes now & i wouldn't hesitate to reccommend them for any of your domestic plumbing needs. Allways a friendly, timley & professional service.

We currently purchased a bungalow which didn't have any gas supplied to the property. Paul provided us with a contact number so we could make enquiries. The long and short, Gas was installed at the property which gave us the option to to have central heating installed or carry on using the electric heaters. We decided to go for the central heating (combination boiler) as this was the most cost effective for us. Paul and his team discussed the plan on the installation, agreed times and price. Took time to explain the work carried out. Found serious gas leak, re-routed pipe work as original pipes hidden in false wall. Installed gas hob, which was faulty on arrival. Returned as soon as replacement hob was delivered to install. Efficient and friendly.
