All 4 Property did not disappoint. They are very skilled with what they do and we’re at hand throughout to give constructive advice. The experience of ripping out the whole kitchen and floor to make way for a new one was daunting but this team delivered everything they said they would professionally, always on time and with a great degree of care and cleanliness . They left the kitchen spotless and clean and would highly recommend them for a stress free experience.

While refurbishing our bathrooms we had problems with the water pressure in a 2nd storey loft extension. Gyulen assessed the situation found found a solution which enabled us to keep on time and didn't add a lot of other building work. The work was completed as soon as the replacement tank was delivered. There was no need to redo tiling and only minimal disruption. At the end of the day we had better and hotter water than we have in years. Many thanks

Two internal kitchen walls were removed, which was made trickier by a radiator being connected to one, with the pipes running up said wall. This wasn't a problem for the workmen from AllForProperty however, who quickly drained the central heating system and got to work delicately and accurately removing the walls and the radiator. What I also really liked about them is they were very considerate and polite about where to place the removed rubble and debris. They then set to removing a gas fire, making safe the connected pipework and then filling the rather large hole left in the wall. They also, filled in another doorframe with a new wall and took the doorframe off another door and plastered this so it looked smooth and ready for decorating. All in all, the process was efficient, the workmen were great and the end product was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
