Very pleased with the very quick response from Dave when called him about the failure of the computer board on our Baxi Gas Boiler, which we meant we had no heating. He was a very polite & friendly man. His service & attention to detail was excellent, very knowledgeable indeed and he changed the computer board together with a full service, heating back on after a few days, certainly recommend using his services

Our gas boiler and controls malfunctioned. David Wright came to our house on a Monday morning within 4 hours and diagnosed the problem. He was very thorough and explained everything in non-technical terms. He had to order new parts and returned to carry out the repair on Wednesday. Worked quickly and efficiently. Left the premises clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Dave did a brilliant job on my rather elderly central heating system. I now for the first time have red hot radiators and absolute confidence in his work. He patiently explained the issues and what he was doing so that I felt very informed of all aspects of the work and he kept the house tidy at all times. He was also very patient when I had to keep moving dogs around the house while he changed radiator valves etc. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Phone help, followed by visit with little delay to diagnose, order parts and get the boiler up and running. The gasket was in bits, electrodes corroded etc even though regular services had been done by another service provider. An impressive job done very pleased.

On the first morning of the Lockdown, David came to see to my parents heating system which had failed the night before. As vulnerable elderly, they were self-isolating already and David was very understanding and courteous about being careful about the 'dreaded virus'. He took a very short time to ascertain the problem and had it sorted within half an hour. Thanks again for doing this call-out under the unusual circumstances.

I contacted Dave at allwright plumbing asking for help in fixing a shower which was dripping. I could not tell him the make or model of shower. Sent him some photos of the part required and he quickly identified the correct part we needed. He could have easily charged me for finding and fitting the part, but advised as we knew how to fit it, the best bet was to buy direct and he was there if we needed further assistance. The best bit...the part he recommended was perfect and fixed our problem!! He is clearly a expert in his field. Thanks Dave

Dave arrived on our doorstep within an hour of my telephone call to him, in which I requested that he attend to fix our heating. He was very friendly and efficient, explaining what had gone wrong and offering more general advice regarding how to best use our heating system. My first experience with this company. . I called on the off chance after finding their phone number in the local "Little Green Book) as had an problem with the boiler, no heat and no hot water. I had no heating throughout the house on Christmas Eve which would have an impact on Christmas. I called to ask if there was availability for someone to come to my house and assess the problem. Unfortunately, no one was available, however, I answered some questions over the phone and we were able to resolve the issue which meant heating was working again and Christmas was still an enjoyable experience. After finding a small leak in a pipe in the airing cupboard at midnight we emailed Allwright Plumbing as we had used them before. At 9.30am the following morning they called to say they could come out in 30mins. Within the hour the job was completed. They are polite & never leave a mess when they leave. Having had them fix 3 leaks in 4 months we trust them completely & would always go to them first when needing a plumber.
