Andy has completed a few plumbing jobs for us now. He responds to requests promptly, arrives when he says he is very competent in his work. Having been messed around by tradesmen before he's a revelation.

A good experience from start to finish. A good multi skilled plumber. Excellent communication through out. Andy came out and gave us a quotation, explained would have to be specially ordered toilet because of distance from the soil pipe exit in floor and wall. Texted me to check if still convenient to do job the day before, and texted me with his time of arrival on the day. worked well even though the old toilet put up a fight and tidied up my complex plumbing including capping of unused stop tap, removed the redundant overflow pipe and did excellent job of filling in the hole in the wall, also resolved leak discovered as current stop tap was turned off, Brilliant Man, we will definitely use Andy again if weI need a plumber

Andy popped over, summed up the job, delivered a quote that evening, arranged a date and completed the job on time to the specification requested and agreed. Very reliable and good quality work. I will be using Andy again.
