Best there is, reliable, professional & good honest hard working men. Kris fitted a new boiler for me, he was polite, professional and tidy. No mess plus he's great with a hoover! Our boiler stopped working on Friday evening. We contacted 21Degree Heating at 9pm on the Friday, and they came first thing on Saturday morning and managed to fix the problem. They showed us and explained the reason why our boiler had broken down and managed to replace the broken parts there and then and got our boiler up and running again. We would definitely use them again and I have already passed their contact details to family and friends.

Ashley arrived on time, investigated the issue, showed me where the problem was and showed the cost of the replacement valve, organised to pick up the parts and returned the next day to fit the part, work was completed on time and i felt the total cost was very reasonable considering he came out on a weekend to resolve the issue.

Big thanks to Ashley, Kris and Tom, for a job well done. They were all friendly efficient and punctual. Arrived at 8.30am as promised, to fit new boiler in different location, and didnt leave until after 7pm, ensuring we had heat and hot water overnight. They then returned at 8.30 again the next morning to finish the job. They made good the site of the old boiler, plastering inside...thanks to Kris and bricking up ouside...thanks Tom. Ashley also went out of his way to find matching bricks....well nearly. They even cleaned up after themselves as they went along. We would definitely recommend 21 Degree Heating. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing you again in 12 months for the boilers first service.

Kris turned up when he said he would, identified the problem and set out the options for replacing the faulty timer. He then returned at the arranged time and completed the job. He was friendly and courteous throughout. I would not hesitate to use 21 Degree Heating again and have already recommended them to a friend.

Ashley offered to replace old boiler at short notice, even offered to collect the new boiler and accessories from warehouse where it was ordered. I found this very helpful as it saved me time and travel. He arrived earlier than expected, did a great job, registered boiler and notified authorities. Thanks mate, will be in touch again soon.

I've had BG emergency homecare for 18 years and was told it would be a week before they could come out. Phoned 31 Degrees and they came out immediately and fixed the boiler for less than the excess charge BG wanted.

Ashley was an absolute gentleman and very professional when he came to fix my leaking bath, after telling him I was also having a few other problems with my other systems he offered to take a look whilst he was here, and yes 3 hours later he had fixed the lot. I would not hesitate in using Ashley again or recommending him for any plumbing or central heating I have in the future.

A pity that there is such a short space to leave a review on this platform, Ashley & his company 21 Degree Heating deserve a lot more than this brief review. Needless to say I am extremely happy that I found Ashley & his company, too long have I struggled to find someone as honest, reliable & with all the qualifications to back his work up! A great guy!
